Our neighbourhood Warden is Dominic Everiss.  He covers Selsley as a part of King’s Stanley Parish.  He provides support and can help on the following issues:

  • Anti-social Behaviour

  • Abandoned Vehicles
  • Bogus Callers
  • Home Security & Crime Prevention Advice
  • Hate Crime & Bullying
  • Litter, Fly Tipping & Fly Posting and lots, lots more….

Household Waste & Recycling Collection Service

Collected every week:

* Small grey bin for food waste

Collected alternate weeks:

* Green Wheelie bin/green bag for tins, glass bottles & jars, plastic bottles, trays & foil. Recycling Box for paper, cardboard & cartons

* Grey wheelie bin for remaining non-recyclable waste in (or beige bags, if agreed with SDC)

Please note elderly and infirm residents can request an assisted collection for their domestic waste if they find it unmanageable. To request an assisted collection please contact 01453 754424

There is also a recycling centre at Pyke Quarry (near Horsley) and a smaller recycling centre at Cainscross.  Dispose of batteries at large supermarkets.
